The charts below show the complete 2022 Midterm Election turnout and voter registration from all major Hispanic states. Unfortunately, turnout among Hispanics\/Latinos suffered a setback in the 2022 Midterms, dropping to 37.9%, which is lower than the 40.3% turnout in the 2018 Midterms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although most Southwestern states performed better than the national average of 37.9%, with a turnout rate of around 40% or higher, Nevada\u2019s turnout was disappointingly the lowest in the Southwest at 32.1%, down from 38% in 2018. Similarly, Arizona\u2019s turnout decreased by eight percentage points from 48.8% in 2018 to 40% in 2022.
